RVRX Mobile RV Repair LLC. is a family ran, family-owned business and I’m Gary Casto, owner and certified RV mobile technician. As a youngster, I worked alongside my father in the family remodeling and flooring installation business in the Northern Panhandle of WV. My father Jim instilled in me a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity in serving the local surrounding communities.

In 1988 I ventured out starting my own remodeling /repair business and after 30 years of home improvements, I have learned and mastered a multitude of trades. So, now combining my love for RVing, the great outdoors, and skills in home remodeling and repair, the step over into the RV world was a smooth transition. I look forward to serving your family as you make forever memories in your RV with the work ethic and honesty that will make my father proud. Gary is AMAZING!! Besides the convenience of him coming to our Airstream for services (this trip was to winterize), his service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!!We wouldn’t consider letting anyone else touch our Airstream!! He’s the BEST!

By my wife, Gary was amazing with his knowledge and professionalism. Being that my wife was the the one handling our plumbing issue, he was very informative to her as to what needed to be done and with suggestions. I would recommend RVRX to anyone that needs prompt and professional work. He did all the work the day before Thanksgiving without delay and at what I considered to be well worth the cost. RVRX has keen problem solving skills. He was very organized and detailed in his approach to servicing my RV generator and problem solving my other issues. He had a wide variety of appropriate tools in his well organized and professional looking van to problem solve issues and solve both mechanical and electrical issues inside and out of my Class A RV in a timely manner. Without hesitation I would recommend RVRX to anyone needing an issue diagnosed/repaired or service performed on their RV.

I called and Gary gave me some advice on how to fix my issue but it wasn't to be. He was trying to save me money on a repair bill which is proof of how honest he is. After I explained more he came right out the next day. Said he'd be there at 10am and he was. He went right to work and did an extremally good job fixing my issue with perfection and professionalism. If I need repairs for something I can't do myself I know who I'm calling next time.. RVRX for sure. Gary is a nice person to chat with and he does it while he continues to get the work done with no delays. I can highly recommend Gary RVRX with no doubts.

Our furnace was not working in our Keystone Passport RV and Gary was awesome !! He set up a time and was there as he said and fixed our situation. He was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond before this winter storm is coming in. Thank you Thank you Gary !!! I recommend him to anyone. Called RVRX because dealer’s service department is overwhelmed these days and frankly provides less than spectacular service. Gary was on time and professional, went about performing the services requested while answering any questions I had, which was quite a few. He did excellent work and provided some answers and guidance that I will take seriously. I will definitely reach out to him again when I need RV services. Thanks Gary!

Gary was a great tech, very thorough, he came to do a roof check and I was having problems with my AC. He went thru everything in the AC including cleaning it adding new filter and replaced thermostat, which is what the problem was. I would give him 10 stars if I could! If you need a tech call Gary!Taught me a few things too!Will definitely use him anytime I need something done on my Class C.

My original intent was to replace my AC. RVRX suggested he come take a look first he thought he could save me some$$. He did and he did! I didn't even have to meet him at the camper. Sent me pics of troubles he found with recommendations and options. Saved me$1,000.00+ and it works like a dream.THANKS SO MUCH

I just bought this camper that was 5 years old. I asked Gary to come check it out to see if it was functioning properly. Gary found several issues with it and was able to fix it in one visit. Gary found a bad electric plug that could have caused a fire. I’m so thankful for his service! I will call him again.

I lived on the road as a full timer from 1979 to around 1995. I hit every State hard except Hawaii and Alaska. I lived out of a 20 foot Holiday Rambler and a 30 foot Holiday Rambler. The 20 footer was a 1975 and the 30 footer was a 1968. I still have the ’68. I traveled from town to town and visited many travel trailer centers. I finally was able to afford a newer Truck and a Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler. I live in the Winston-Salem area and thought I’d done a lot of homework before I bought a Lemon from Plemmons. First night out to Myrtle, a water leak soaked the entire under belly. I found over 22 serviceable problems on top of the leak. Plemmons failed on two tries to fix all of the 22 problems. The third and fourth try I went to Camper’s Inn in Mocksville and on two occasions found that they charged me for jobs they never attempted. A lot of people might say they would take the trailer back until it is right. But why take the trailer back to some sorry techs that don’t care if they get it right or not? On top of that after the sale, the honeymoon was over and the waiting list for service was over a month. That means to me that Plemmons was tearing up way too many trailers. So I had a slide out get stuck at Tanglewood Campground in the out position. I couldn’t manually fix itThat’s when I found Dr Casto! He fixed it. However, another slideout crapped out on me and Gary (Dr. Casto) worked on an impossible fix and got me to the next trip. Since then we have done a shower fix, a vent fix and he replaced all the locks on my doors. He built a custom lock for my wife from the garage to the living area. He has winterized the unit twice for me in the comfort of my own space. He is professional and certified. He can get parts I can’t get without major mark up. He teaches me while he goes. He’s been on two long trips to get updated on his technical certificates. But besides being technical, he is talented with tools. There is nothing I can talk to him about that he hasn’t done. He’s going to hand you a professional receipt and you are going to feel like you did something right by hiring him!

Don't use these guys unless you want the best in the business! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly and priced right! I hope I never need service again but if I do you can bet I will be calling them again! The electrical is now working on my refrigerator, I again have heat, my new microwave was installed, and my new kitchen faucet has been installed. Gary not only did all the above, he also installed a psi regulator to my drinking hose, he strongly suggested a surge protector for the main electric hookup. Gary is very professional, very friendly, and is a certified technician who stands behind his work. He explains what he is doing and why. I've learned a lot from him on what to do but more importantly what not to do. I've used RVRX once before and will continue to do so when the need arises. I recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Gary was absolutely FABULOUS from initial call to final clean up. He was very communicative. On time and extremely knowledgeable. Tested my batteries, even told me what I needed and where I could get new ones with a 20 percent discount. He gave my generator a tune up, I think the first one since it left the factory 16 years ago. I wish I could take him back to Seattle with me. Thank you. Gary.
